A Little History On May 1, 1975, Paul Rogers started our firm with Gary Pool as his partner. When Gary passed away in 1978, Paul hired Steve Haldeman (who is married to Paul's sister, Joyce) and a long lasting relationship was started. Steve joined the firm as a 50% owner in July, 1980. After 34 years at the same location we move in July of 2009 to 7151 Cascade Valley Court, Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89128 which is near Mountain View Hospital.  We have limited our practice to help small businesses and individuals with their accounting, payroll and income tax needs.
